Just about anyone can do it, from kids to seniors. Learn the fundamental skills and how to be safe in the water. Also, if you are unsure about learning to scuba dive, this can be a great way to help build your confidence.

Learn the various kicks with fins, how to clear water from your mask and snorkel, two surface dives, how to best get in the water with equipment, equalizing techniques, basic physiology, water safety, environment, ROYGBIV, marine life, the value of a buddy, underwater maneuvers, depth limitations, proper weighting, equipment care and maintenance. Discuss the benefits of having an underwater light, wearing gloves, having a whistle and more.
