Stress and Rescue
The Stress and Rescue Course teaches many of the tried and proven techniques as applicable to scuba. You do not need to be a strong diver to effectively assist with a dive rescue. There are numerous and various jobs that non-divers can do and do well.
Everyone should get this valuable train- ing whether or not scuba leadership is of eventual interest. The course is full of hands-on, in-water swimming and rescue techniques — but is entertaining and down right fun. Come laugh and learn from your own mistakes.
Take Stress and Rescue for the education and experience, not for the certification card. Learn many lifesaving steps and how to accomplish them swiftly and effectively.
